Location: Staines
Salary: Competitive base salary + variable pay + standard company benefits

Role:
We are looking to recruit a Service Architect to join a team. Reporting to the head of Service Transition you will be responsible for the following:-

This role has two fundamental aspects to it
• Strategic Service Architecture
• Typically working with product management and various subject matter experts, helping formulate service requirements given a service concept
• Given an agreed set of service requirements, work as part of the team to service architect the solution.
• Service Implementation
• For both Strategic services that you have been involved with in the design, and for Client Specific services for which you would have received designs for, managing through the implementation and release into the organisation and / or Client.
• This can be through directly project managing or being supported by a dedicated project manager if the project justifies it in scale or complexity.
• Reviewing and approval of Client specific service designs prior to contract and service implementation


Person:
• Experience in the architecting of new IT managed service offerings
• ITIL qualified or demonstrable experience, ideally ITIL Service Design practitioner
• Good project management skills (Prince2 ideal)
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Good facilitation and collaboration skills
• Client Facing, comfortable and confident
• A can do attitude, strongly driven and good proven ability at overcoming obstacles
• Previous experience on structuring policies & procedures
• Sound problem solving skills
• Experience of providing a responsive, customer focused service
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
