Our Client

Established in 1995, our client has grown to become one of Europe’s largest mid-tier providers of integrated hosting and networking services. Our client has recently won awards for Cloud Product of the year and additionally the European award for Cloud Infrastructure.

This role is based within a sub division, which presents the best of both worlds to potential employees - you will very much feel part of the organization and will be able to put your stamp on the position (a luxury more commonly associated with a small company environment), yet you will be part of and supported by Europe’s leader in this field. Our client’s revenue for 2012 was 120million, with this sub-division turning over 50million. There are currently c.700 employees working within the organization, they have in excess of 4,500 customers, operations in 6 different countries and 21 data centres worldwide. Our client is growing rapidly and this is an exciting time to be joining them!

The role

We are looking for new business consultants who have had experience of selling hosting and/or cloud related solutions. We would be interested in talking to people who have 3 years plus experience, there is a flexible package in place depending on your level of experience and expertise.

You will be approaching organizations who are typically 50-2000 seats in size, selling a portfolio of services, such as - Colocation, Data & Desktop Hosting and Security. Due to the scale of the organization and its capabilities, you will be in an ideal position to win all opportunities.

This is an adult sales environment, you will not be micro managed and our client is renowned for providing an outstanding working environment. Once established you will be able to work from home for some of the week (when not out in front of clients, or in your regional office). Your territory will fall within the SE, your local office being London or Theale (Berkshire)


Basic of 30-60K depending on experience (looking to expand by more than 1 person and happy to consider people at different levels). Your OTE will be double your basic and this is ultra achievable!

Target – your target for year one will be c.500K, sales values tend to range from 10K up to c.200K.

Guarantee - From day 1 you will be put on a program which aims to get you up to speed over 3 months, whilst giving you commission throughout this period. In month 1 you be given a commission guarantee, throughout months 2 and 3 you will also be given your commission subject to hitting agreed deliverables (i.e. a certain level of pipeline etc).
Additionally there are excellent benefits on offer, as well as a car allowance.
