New Business Executive - Hosting Solutions

Our client are industry leaders for the provision on Colocation, Cloud Hotsing & Managed Hosting. Established in 1995, this organization sits within the Top 50 fastest growing technology companies in the UK and they have been listed as one of the Top10 best hosting companies.

You will be reporting into the head of Enterprise Sales and your role will be to uncover, develop and close new business opportunities within a territory.  You will have leads passed to you, most will come from sources such as the telemarketing team and channel partners

This role will be a mix of working from the office and being out in front of clients.  You will also work closely with technical architects when initially visiting customers, in order to carry out feasibility assessments and to understand you clients needs in greater detail.

You will be based at the companies offices in Reading and you will need to have the following experience & qualifications to be considered:

  • Proven commercial experience in a high transactional new business sales environment, incorporating value/solutions service selling ideally within the IT/ Technology sector (hosting or managed service industry preferred).
  • Strong B2B full life cycle solutions sales experience.
  • Experience of strategic selling at Technical or CXO Level.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in the shape of a monthly revenue quota with commission earnings potential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong presentation and written skills.
  • Self-starter, highly aggressive and motivated to provide the highest  possible level of responsiveness and performance from a team of people.
  • The ability to work effectively with people in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and drive results monthly.
  • Broad, relevant knowledge of technology.
